No reason to worry.  If your accessing the internet from within your home internet, we never block access to our Fusion Portal or our front end website allowing subscribers to always access the Fusion Portal no matter what to help resolve any account issues.  If your outside your service location, you should have no issues accessing the Fusion Portal.  If you do, please contact  or call our live support agent during normal business hours.
