Rural Subdivision/Development/POA/HOA Networks

The Basics / Getting Service

What we offer for rural developments, subdivisions, POA/HOA's, and other rural properties like this is rather quite simple.  We bring in a primary source of internet DIRECTLY onto the property, and at the site, we offer 3 different styles of internet delivery directly to each lot, either our Fusion Fiber product, our brand new latest generation "gigabit wireless" class service, or our "basic value" fixed point wireless service.  We specialize in bringing high end internet into rural subdivisions with circuit speeds available up to 1 Gbps in most locations.  And if we don't have it there already, we have the capacity, the fiber teams, and the expertise to built out to you.  Central Texas and the Hill Country present some unique challenges when it comes to topology making more wireless, simply sub-part.   The ground also makes it rather difficult to trench new fiber.  We spent the last 10 years, SPECIFICALLY in the remote rural areas all over Central Texas noting the topology, ground make ups by doing test digs, and by having service across a varying geographic region.

Fusion Fiber

Once the primary structure to serve the development is installed next we come out and install the core neighborhood fiber and run the main fibers that will split off to the individual lots.  We also install several "splice points" thru out the development to lower construction costs for lot owners since we'll only need to build to the "splice point".  Ideally, as a developer, when your just starting to lay your initial electric lines and roads, 36" deep trenches ran along side either side of the road is ideal so that we can run fiber down both sides of the road and to each lot.  But we do have options available for existing neighborhoods and will favor hanging fiber on existing power utility poles with "splice points" thru out to accommodate everyone.   Another area that sets us apart is we can also use a combination of trenching and aerial runs to make it around most areas.  And to be perfectly honest, that's where all other fiber providers stop.  And sometimes topology or obstructions just will not allow for a hardline which is where our high-grade "multi-gigabit" wireless service comes into play to allow us to get that connection NO MATTER where your subdivision is.  Having a high-grade and stable main access point directly in your subdivision or development is 100% the way to go.

Fixed Point Wireless

Trench away and power that sucker up!

As of Jan 1st, 2023 we have launched our new HIGH END "gigabit-wireless" class service.  This service allows for wireless speeds ranging from 100 Mbps DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD ( synchronous ) all the way up to top end speeds exceeding 700 Mbps x 400 Mbps in alot of cases. ( provided the end-user is under 2km line of site from the location of the in-subdivision repeater tower we install ).  However, of course, we always recommend for most folks to go right to fiber if possible.  But if finances are just not where folks need them to be for existing sub-divisions, the 2 different tiers of fixed point wireless service are a great economical way of getting fantastic internet.

Construction Information

In most cases, as we do generally custom design EVERY roll out in a neighborhood based on specifics to that neighborhood, we like to install a standard 20 meter ( 65 feet ) metal utility pole with outdoor cabinets at the base for Fusion Fiber access point cabinets as well as putting both tiers of fixed point wireless transmitters on the utility pole to provide unmatched internet service to your sub-division, development, or POA/HOA.   Working with us also allows you to advertise our logo and product that its pre-installed in every lot to help your lots sell faster.  Another MAJOR advantage that Hyper Fusion has that NO OTHER provider has, is that we have several licensed real estate agents we work with, 1 of which whom also climbs our towers part time, that work together in combination with listing you in our online directory to help sell your lots even faster without adding any extra expenses to your final build out, or if your an existing HOA/POA without incurring any extra monthly fees for the HOA/POA.

Another major benefit of working your developments internet this way is that we also include free internet in order to operate your security gates, water plants, utility areas, and common areas at 100% no monthly cost.  This allows you to have outdoor and indoor wifi ( local wifi equipment purchase is extra, but internet service is free and included ) at all your common areas.  Great to have wifi at the pool, or your front gate to allow for security gates and other things.

Cost and Pricing Information

Developer, Subdivision, HOA/POA One-time Costs
The initial one time price we assess the neighborhood / developer, HOA/POA, or other newly developed or established neighborhood to bring in the main "access point" for the neighborhood, along with the "core infrastructure" which includes a small ( most of the time we use a standard 20 meter metal utility pole ) for the wireless transmitters for fixed point wireless service as well as fiber splice boxes for splicing off fiber to each lot in the development.  We also run some core fiber thru out the neighborhood to more dense areas to shorten / lessen the initial construction costs for lot/home owners.  In most cases, our standard entry point fee that we wrap up into the general licensee fee is a pretty standard fee of $15,000 for a basic 15 meter repeater tower up to $47,000 for a 50 meter repeater tower.  Costs to tie in the site to our delivery network vary depending on mileage from existing infrastructure and ground make up/topology of the area in between.  Costs for building in "in-neighborhood" core fiber network vary depending on the same conditions, but is NOT required for fixed point wireless services within the development but is HIGHLY recommended.

End-User, Lot/Home Owner Onetime Costs
We try our best to work with the developer before the neighborhood is built out so that we can reduce costs for all parties involved as much as possible and thereby reducing initial costs for the lot/home owners or end-users.  In addition to our standard fixed point wireless activation of $247 ( or $347 for Fusion Fiber ), we also sometimes assess one time fees for things like wireless mast setup, installing fiber from the neighborhood network to the lot/home owners home directly.

Monthly Subscription Rates
Generally speaking our rates we try to keep standard across the board, but in certain cases, depending on the amount of the licensee fee paid by the developer, subdivision, HOA/POA, or other governing authority, we do make exceptions to offer lower rates to end-users in exchange for a larger one time upfront fee.  Fusion Fiber rates ranges between $80 and $500 depending on plan and length of commitment agreed to.

From the prospective of the developer though, making the investment up front when your just starting to build roads to get physical fiber in the ground is the best way to increase your lot values NO MATTER WHERE the location is.  So if you've already built out your development but only have sold a few lots, adding a high-grade / high-speed modern internet network is a sure way to get those lots sold in a hurry.

Availability

Where is this service available?  Most simply, ANYWHERE in Texas. The map to the right and the red lines you see on it represent the network we have already built and have access to using a combination of our own privately owned fiber, peering providers, and partner providers and allows for extremely fast 2 to 15 week to live turn around on installs.  Anything outside these lines on the outer perimeter, not to worry though, most of our upstream peering providers have statewide networks, it just may take us a bit more time to do things like work out permits, engineering, and the build out so install times may be up to 180 days in extreme cases, but off-network circuits usually average 90 - 110 days to live.
