As many of you know already, we have spent the last 2 years doing everything from taking customer service seminars and classes, to obtaining consultants and professionals to help form more standard and solid business practices so we can have the most solid company out there! Clearly, the improvement in our network and subscriber care has been more than obvious to anyone and nearly everyone who talks with our staff.
As you can tell from the 8 thumbnails below to, we are an award winning provider and we want to keep winning those awards too! Additionally, this year, we'll be giving away our 3rd Annual Technology Scholarship to a student we select from the Burnet Highschool. GO BULLDOGS!! This is our 3rd year giving away a scholarship. We are the ONLY provider in our class that offers a scholarship to local students. Next year, we'll also be doing a scholarship for Marble Falls as well.

The letter is the first step. Another focus we're taking up is beefing up our goggle review rating. Currently, we're at a 3.6 and we're trying to get up to a 4.0. So, if you havn't left a 5 start review yet on Google Maps, please do so, by using the link below. We're also asking everyone to go outside and try your best to grab a selfie with your radio. If you have difficult taking selfies, a photo of your radio will also work just fine. If you have already left a review, please take a selfie as well and refresh your review. BBB Ratings are sitting at 4.6 out of 5, which is pretty good, but we're trying to get it up to 4.8 like our Broadband now.
