SPAM Policy

Hyper Fusion Technologies, the owner and operator of the subscriber’s services has a zero tolerance policy on unsolicited email, communications, or any other activity commonly referred to as SPAM.  Weather by email, Facebook commenting, CraigsList Scamming, etc.

Hyper Fusion defines “SPAM” as unsolicited broadcast or commercial email sent to addresses that do not affirmatively and verifiable request such material from that specific sender, including but not limited to advertising, surveys, information pieces, third party spamming, website addresses, sales, and auctions.

Accordingly, Hyper Fusion adheres to the Direct Marketing Association’s “Four Pillars Of Responsible E-Mail Marketing” as follows:

A. An honest subject line.

B. No forging of headers or technological deceptions.

C. Identity of the sender, which includes a “physical” address.

D. An opt-out that works and is easy to find and easy to use.

We proudly and strongly support MD5 file encryption for suppression lists from our advertisers. MD5 encryption is a valuable defense against the illegal harvesting of email addresses by spammers.

Our advertisers and other business partners are strictly prohibited from using “SPAM” in their marketing efforts to Hyper Fusion subscribers and members, and are subject to immediate termination of contract if they do so.
If you believe you have received Unsolicited Broadcast Email and Unsolicited Commercial Email from Hyper Fusion or any of our advertisers or business partners please contact us.
