COVID-19 Update
The pandemic has been hitting everyone super hard over the summer. Bearing that in mind, most Texas school districts are offering online schooling now as well as in class room schooling. Hyper Fusion doesn’t have any specific details, however we are planning for a totally new way of families and students to engage in remote learning without having to worry about their internet. Since a lot of parents are opting in for distance learning, it has created a mega surge of new service requests, we are pushing close to 1,000 requests. It could be several weeks before someone from our sales team even has a chance to contact you. If your desperate for services, please email sales@hyperfusiontech.com.
Job Scheduling
Some of you may know, some of you may not, but this rural internet stuff isn’t like regular internet. As a result, it also requires we secure and train very specialized installers. We have only one field time at this time, and its caused some back logs with regards to field jobs. If you get assigned a job that’s a few weeks out, this is why. We apologize for this inconvenience but we are working hard to keep up so that we can better serve our customers. If your an existing customer and your waiting for a repair call, please open a new ticket or email support@hyperfusiontech.com We check EVERY ticket regardless if you receive a phone call or contact the same day you put in your request for service, so please focus all your requests there so we have a written source for your request.
